The Challenge
Trainees make the most progress when they follow their programme day after day — but motivation slips and trainers cannot personally follow up with every member each morning. The gym wanted an app that keeps every trainee on schedule and makes daily accountability automatic.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a mobile app for Android and iPhone that schedules a training course for every day of a trainee’s programme. Each morning the app messages the trainee to ask whether they completed the previous day’s session, with one-tap answers, and then presents that day’s workout with exercises, sets and reps. Progress is tracked across the week so trainees can see their streak and stay motivated.
